Yogurt

Coconut Oil


If there are one of the most versatile and natural (hair care) products that any expert can recommend without much thinking and calculation is coconut oil!

Butter


Who doesn't like butter! It is rich and creamy and can add softness to your natural hair. You may be surprised, but using butter to moisturize your hair is a long-standing practice many societies worldwide follow. This is because butter helps you protect your hair from sun damage and add moisture to their hair. 


To harness its benefits for hair, take a few spoonfuls of butter. First, ensure the butter is at room temperature. Then Rub it into your hair and then cover your head. Finally, you can use a shower cap to wrap your head. 


Leave your head covered for about an hour, then wash it as usual. And you are done!


Egg


Raw egg is considered a brilliant hair care solution. If you can tolerate the natural smell of eggs, it is one of the best natural remedies to deep condition your hair without chemicals. 


The yolk is rich in protein and fats and is a natural moisturizing element. While the white helps remove unwanted oils, and it also contains bacteria-eating enzymes.


If you just want to nourish and condition your hair, use an entire egg for the same purpose. Use white for other specific purposes, such as to treat oily hair. And, to moisturize your dry & brittle hair, we have the yolk.


To apply, blend/mix approximately 1/2 cup of egg mixture into your damp hair. You can use more if there isn't enough egg to cover your hair and scalp. Leave the coat for 15-20 minutes, then rinse it with clean & normal-temperature water. Later you can shampoo your hair.


Once a month, you can try whole egg and yolk-only treatments, while white-only treatment is suitable for every two weeks.


Banana


Banana is a high-nutrient and potassium-packed fruit that helps to regular our body. And for the same reasons & benefits, banana is a fantastic choice for hair care and hair mask. 


It also contains mineral silica that helps the body synthesize collagen. And collagen is well-known to give strength and thickness to your hair.


To make a banana mask, blend half a cup of coconut milk with two ripe bananas. Once the blend is ready, apply it to your hair and cover them up. Leave this coat untouched for 30-40 minutes, then wash it.

Lemon Juice


Lemon is rich in vitamins C because it is a citrus fruit. So, to fight winter dryness, treat your hair with a blend of lemon juice and essential oil such as Olive Oil. To apply this natural hair care solution, mix 2-3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice with the same amount of Olive Oil and the exact amount of water. 


Mix the solution well before you apply it to your damp scalp through massage. Let this mixture be on the scalp for 20-30 minutes before rinsing, then shampoo it.


The best part about the lemon juice treatment is; you can apply it every other week!
