How to Use MD Lash Factor® Eyelash Conditioner

Apply once nightly to clean, dry skin for best results. Follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Cleanse Your Face

Wash your face with a gentle cleanser and gently pat dry. Ensure your upper lash line is clean and free from makeup, oil, and skincare residue.

Step 2: Prep for Bed

Remove contact lenses. If you use eye cream, apply it now, avoiding the lash line.

Step 3: Apply MD Lash Factor

Using the built-in precision brush, dip once into the serum and gently wipe off any excess on the rim of the bottle. Apply a single, thin line directly along the base of your upper lash line—just like you would with liquid eyeliner. One dip is enough for both eyes and brows.

 Tip: The serum is colorless and lightweight, so you may not see it on your skin after application—that’s completely normal. Avoid brushing it through your lashes like mascara. It’s designed to work at the lash base, where the follicles reside.

Only applying to the upper lash line is sufficient—during sleep, enough product naturally transfers to the lower lashes.

 Like many good things in life, too much is not better. Over-applying may cause excess serum to pool, increasing the risk of irritation. Stick to a single, precise application each night for best results.

Step 4: No Need to Apply to Lower Lashes

As the product absorbs and transfers during blinking, applying it to the lower lashes is not necessary and may irritate the eyes if excessive product is used.
