At MD®, we take pride in the quality and performance of our physician-developed formulas. While most of our customers are thrilled with their results, we understand that occasionally a product may not be the right fit.

If you receive your order and decide not to use it, we offer a straightforward return and refund process for unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging.
  Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible.
• Used or opened skincare, supplements, or lash products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing and posting to your account.
  Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Route Shipping Protection is non-refundable once an order has shipped.

How to Request a Return

• Please email us at customercare@md-factor.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Our team will provide a return authorization and return shipping instructions.
• Ship your item using a trackable method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or received in error.
