At MD®, we take pride in the quality and performance of our physician-developed formulas. While most of our customers are thrilled with their results, we understand that occasionally a product may not be the right fit.

If you receive your order and decide not to use it, we offer a straightforward return and refund process for unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

The 90-Day MD Nutri Hair Promise

We formulated MD® Nutri Hair to be judged the honest way: taken daily, for a full 90 days. So that’s exactly the trial we back — an exception to our standard 30-day policy, for this product only.

What’s covered. Your first qualifying purchase of a 90-day supply of MD® Nutri Hair — either the 3-pack or three single bottles, one-time or auto-ship — bought directly from md-factor.com or mdhair.com and shipped to a US address.

How it works. Take MD Nutri Hair daily as directed for the full 90 days. If you don’t see the difference you hoped for, then — once your 90 days are complete, any time between day 90 and day 100 from your delivery date — email customercare@md-factor.com with your order number. We’ll refund the price you paid for your first 90-day supply of MD Nutri Hair to your original payment method within 10 business days. You don’t need to return anything, and we won’t ask for photos or proof.

Auto-ship. A Promise refund automatically cancels your auto-ship — you won’t be billed again. If your second shipment was already charged when you contact us (days 91–100), we’ll refund that too once it’s returned unopened, or cancel it before it ships.

The fine print, plainly. One redemption per customer and per household, first order only, orders placed on or after September 1, 2026. The Promise does not apply to the 7-pack, to bundles or kits that include Nutri Hair (e.g., the MD Hair Restoration System or Kit), to any other MD® products — including items purchased in the same order — or to purchases made anywhere other than our two websites. Renewal shipments after the first are not covered. The standard 30-day policy below applies to everything else.

MD Nutri Hair is a dietary supplement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging.
  Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible.
• Used or opened skincare, supplements, or lash products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing and posting to your account.
  Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Route Shipping Protection is non-refundable once an order has shipped.

How to Request a Return

• Please email us at customercare@md-factor.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Our team will provide a return authorization and return shipping instructions.
• Ship your item using a trackable method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or received in error.
