Frequently Asked Questions
A hormone-free serum for the delicate external skin of the intimate area, formulated by board-certified OB/GYN Dr. Susan Lin, M.D. It pairs stem cell–conditioned media with peptides and amino acids to moisturize, so skin feels softer, smoother and more comfortable.
Yes. It was evaluated in an independent dermatological safety study at Medcin Instituto da Pele (Brazil, 2017, Protocol EN16-0158-01), led by dermatologist Dr. Flávia Addor (CRM 66.293-SP). 55 people enrolled and 54 completed all three phases: primary irritation, cumulative irritation and sensitization. No skin reactions were seen in any phase. The study followed Good Clinical Practices and had ethics approval from the University of São Francisco. As with any new product, try a small amount first.
Skincare ingredients: stem cell–conditioned media, peptides, amino acids, Palmitoyl Arginine and aloe vera. They moisturize and condition the skin so it feels softer and more supple. There is no estrogen or any other hormone in the formula.
Yes. It's hormone-free, so it can be part of your routine at any life stage. It's a cosmetic moisturizer for external skin, not a treatment for menopause symptoms. If you have ongoing dryness, pain or irritation, please see your gynecologist.
Check with your obstetrician first, and wait until you've been cleared, usually at your postpartum checkup. Apply only to intact external skin, never to stitches or an area that is still healing.
